Adding New Clients:
  • Go to Clients → Add New Client
  • Fill in required information (name, household size)

  • Save the client profile
Finding Existing Clients:
  • Use the search box to find clients by name, phone, or email
  • Browse the client list with sorting options
  • Click on a client to view their full profile
Privacy: Government IDs are encrypted for client privacy protection.

Quick Check-in Process:
  1. Click "Quick Check-in" on the dashboard
  2. Search for the client by name or phone
  3. Select the appropriate food package size
  4. Add any special notes or requests
  5. Complete the check-in
Visit History:
  • View all visits in the Visits section
